Each garland contains 12 individual illustrations; hand threaded onto pink candy stripe twine. The illustrations include summer botanicals and gatherings from the veg plot.
The string measure 1.2 m and the illustrations when clustered reach 1m; perfect for a fireplace (unlit as they are paper) or window. Each illustration is adjustable but also if your looking to use them in a smaller space you can take one off a pop it back in the tin until next time.
Garlands are designed to sit horizontally !
The garlands fits back inside its tin so you can store in with your other summer homeware treasures and bring it out again next year!
OUR ILLUSTRATIVE METHOD
We create our prints with a single collection of digital artworks. We draw with an iPad pencil choosing from consistent favourites pen + ink, watercolour and 6B pencil.
We work from real-life observations or photographs in our studio building up our artwork through layers of our marks and colours. We often use artistic license to create a composition synergy between several drawings that suits our illustrative style.
OUR MATERIALS
The illustrations are printed on matt fine art paper (31o gsm). Each garland comes with a tin plate tin for storage.

Paper materials
We use beautifully weighty paper (290 gsm) to print our digital artwork. We print on sustainable hemp and cotton paper (60% hemp fibre, 40% cotton); making a mindful act of sustainability.
Our paper is also Acid- and lignin-free.
